Kain Cameron has been a professional voice talent for two decades, working in radio, advertising, music, and theatre with her rich and cultivated voice. She is not only a seasoned voice-over talent, but an accomplished and classically trained vocalist.

She has been on the airwaves as an on-air personality in such markets like, St. Louis, Charlotte, Raleigh, Norfolk, Richmond, Charlottesville, Binghamton, NY., the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and of course her current home of Charleston, SC. Her production work includes imaging for several Clear Channel Communications radio stations on the east coast to voice-overs for two Washington DC TV stations, WRC-TV/CH. 4 (NBC) and WJLA-TV7 (ABC). She is currently hosting a afternoon radio show on 95SX.

Kain has also sung jingles for such clients as Polly’s Fine Jewelry and Charleston Magazine. She has Bachelors of Musicology with a minor in vocal performance. She has been lead vocalists for thirteen rock bands and one jazz band, some of which received airplay throughout the southeast and in Binghamton , NY. Currently Kain is very involved as a performer with professional theatre in Charleston, SC. She was voted Best Female Vocalist in 2001 by The Charleston City Paper and was the 2006 Critics choice by The Charleston City Paper as Best Morning show on The Drive @ 100.5.

Kain approaches her craft with the up most professionalism, paying attention to the smallest of details – often editing “on the fly”. She works from a professional studio that has both Pro Tools and Cool Edit Pro and can deliver work in MP3 or WAV formats via e-mail or a CD hard copy overnight.
